We are pleased to inform you of the launch of the call for applications for the Short-Term International Mobility Program, for the 2026 budgetary year, in accordance with Decree No. 345 dated March 9, 2026, which sets out the selection criteria for admission to the short-term international mobility program, through the dedicated digital platform:
🔹 The platform will be open from March 19, 2026 to April 03, 2026.
Each staff category may apply either for the standard mobility program or for the special program dedicated to improving English language proficiency. Applicants are required to choose only one program when submitting their application.
Applicants wishing to apply for the special program are required to take a placement test, organized by the CEIL, after scheduling an appointment through the designated platform. CEIL – Rendez-vous pour le test de compétences
