documentation, and preservation of the faculty archives.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"969\"><p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"969\">Preparing the draft budget of the faculty and ensuring its execution.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1128\"><p data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1128\">Promoting scientific, cultural, and sports activities for the benefit of students, in
