Welcome to ICWIT'12
The Fourth edition of the International Conference on Web and Information Technologies (ICWIT'12) will be held April in Sidi Bel
Abbes, Algeria. Previous ICWIT conferences were held Sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria (2008) , Kerkennah Island, Sfax Tunisia (2009) and
Marrakech - Morocco(2010) . Like the previous successful ICWIT conferences, the ICWIT 2012 aims to synergistically connect the
research community and industry practitioners. It provides an international forum where both researchers and practitioners can share their
findings in theoretical foundations, current methodologies, and practical experiences. ICWIT 2012 will focus on new research directions and
emerging applications in Web technology and Information Systems.
