As part of the environmental policy of strengthening national Technological development advocated by the MESRS, we invited Mr. Richard Stallman, mathematician and computer scientist recognized and founder of the Free Software Foundation, to provide training at the 23 ^th School on Gnu / Linux and Free Software organized in Sidi Bel Abbes and to give 07 conferences and 10 February 2015. Richard Stallma n is the artificial intelligence research department of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) which he joined after graduating from Harvard University. The Free Software Foundation proposed in 1985 the concept of free software where the source code formats and are open allowing anyone with development skills and propose upgrades or new software based on those -C. This creates healthy competition I favor innovation.
