The Faculty of Arts, Languages, and Arts is one of the nine faculties of Djillali Liabes University in Sidi Bel Abbes.<\/p>

It was established under Executive Decree No. 12\/272 dated June 28, 2012, amending and supplementing Executive Decree No. 89\/141 dated August 1, 1989.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Each year, the Faculty welcomes the total number of enrolled students directed to it, who are then distributed according to their choice among five departments for undergraduate and postgraduate training, namely:<\/p>

* Department of English Language
* Department of German Language
* Department of French Language
* Department of Arabic Language and Literature
* Department of Arts<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Its administrative structures rely on two complementary management systems supervised by the Dean of the Faculty, namely:<\/p>

1. Administrative management (fifth and sixth floors).<\/p>

2. Pedagogical management, assisted in his duties by:<\/p>

-The Vice-Dean in charge of Pedagogy and Student Affairs.
– The Vice-Dean in charge of Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research, and External Relations.
-Heads of Departments and their deputies.
-Heads of Scientific Committees.
– The President of the Scientific Council.
– The Secretary General, responsible for managing:
\u2013 The Personnel Office.
\u2013 The Budget and Accounting Office.
\u2013 The Facilities and Maintenance Office.
\u2013 The Office of Cultural and Sports Activities.
