Their main tasks are as follows:<\/p>\n\n  <ul style=\"margin-left: 25px;\">\n    <li>Monitoring doctoral competitions at the faculty level.<\/li>\n    <li>Registration and re-registration of PhD students.<\/li>\n    <li>Resolving the situations of delayed or suspended PhD students wishing to resume scientific research.<\/li>\n    <li>Registering the titles of PhD theses that have not yet been defended on the National Thesis Portal.<\/li>\n    <li>Sorting and reviewing PhD students\u2019 files submitted for thesis defense committees.<\/li>\n    <li>Issuing PhD or Doctorate of Science certificates to students who have defended their theses.<\/li>\n    <li>Monitoring the activities of the doctoral training committees.<\/li>\n    <li>Following up and assisting Associate Professors \u201cB\u201d applying for promotion to Associate Professor \u201cA\u201d.<\/li>\n    <li>Following up and assisting Associate Professors \u201cA\u201d applying for promotion to Full Professor.<\/li>\n    <li>Monitoring the activities of the Faculty Scientific Council and providing it with the necessary administrative files when needed.<\/li>\n    <li>Monitoring the election process of departmental scientific committees and the Faculty Scientific Council.<\/li>\n    <li>Coordinating with the Digital Office to digitize the archives of the Vice Dean\u2019s Office for Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research, and External Relations.<\/li>\n    <li>Other activities related to urgent or occasional tasks.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p><strong style=\"color: #ff9900;\">2 &#8211; Scientific Research Department:<\/strong><br>\n  Led by the Head of Department and assisted by administrative staff.
