Les principales missions sont les suivantes :\n<ul style=\"margin-left: 25px;\">\n  <li>Suivi des concours doctoraux au niveau de la facult\u00e9.<\/li>\n  <li>Inscription et r\u00e9inscription des doctorants.<\/li>\n  <li>Gestion des situations des doctorants en retard ou suspendus souhaitant reprendre leurs recherches scientifiques.<\/li>\n  <li>Enregistrement des titres des th\u00e8ses de doctorat non encore soutenues sur le Portail National des Th\u00e8ses.<\/li>\n  <li>Tri et examen des dossiers des doctorants soumis aux commissions de soutenance de th\u00e8se.<\/li>\n  <li>D\u00e9livrance des certificats de Doctorat ou Doctorat \u00e8s Sciences aux \u00e9tudiants ayant soutenu leurs th\u00e8ses.<\/li>\n  <li>Suivi des activit\u00e9s des commissions de formation doctorale.<\/li>\n  <li>Suivi et assistance aux Ma\u00eetres de Conf\u00e9rences \u00ab\u202fB\u202f\u00bb demandant la promotion au grade \u00ab\u202fA\u202f\u00bb.<\/li>\n  <li>Suivi et assistance aux Ma\u00eetres de Conf\u00e9rences \u00ab\u202fA\u202f\u00bb demandant la promotion au grade de Professeur Titulaire.<\/li>\n  <li>Suivi des activit\u00e9s du Conseil Scientifique de la Facult\u00e9 et fourniture des dossiers administratifs n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n  <li>Suivi du processus \u00e9lectoral des comit\u00e9s scientifiques d\u00e9partementaux et du Conseil Scientifique de la Facult\u00e9.<\/li>\n  <li>Coordination avec le Bureau du Num\u00e9rique pour la num\u00e9risation des archives de la Vice-Doyenne aux \u00e9tudes postuniversitaires, \u00e0 la recherche scientifique et aux relations ext\u00e9rieures.<\/li>\n  <li>Autres activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 des missions urgentes ou ponctuelles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong style=\"color: #ff9900;\">2 &#8211; D\u00e9partement de la recherche scientifique :<\/strong>\nDirig\u00e9 par le Chef de D\u00e9partement et assist\u00e9 par le personnel administratif. dans les programmes nationaux tels que le Programme de Recherche et Formation Universitaire (PRFU), le Programme National de Recherche (PNR) et les Projets Institutionnels (PE).<\/li>\n  <li>Enregistrement et suivi des dossiers des laboratoires de recherche affili\u00e9s \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 des Lettres, Langues et Arts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong style=\"color: #ff9900;\">3 &#8211;
