Family counseling and its relationship to the level of achievement for students with Learning difficulties in primary schools in Tulkarm Governorate

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of family counseling and its relationship to the level of achievement for students with learning difficulties in primary schools in Tulkarm Governorate. The descriptive approach and the study tool were used, the questionnaire, and the sample amounted to (250) teachers, and the most important results were: The overall score was high, and in light of the results, a number of recommendations were presented, including the availability of effective and continuous cooperation between the school counselor, teachers and the family in the treatment of behaviors of students with learning difficulties.

The Relationship Between of The Dimensions of Metamemory Processes an Ambition Level among Students of Mu'tah  University  (Jordan)

Abstract

This study aimed at reveal the relationship of the processes dimensions of metamemory with the ambition level n the student of Mu'tah University, was (826) students in Mu'tah University (407 males, and 419 females), who have been selected by the random stratum cluster approach according to the study variables. To achieve the study goals, the metamemory scale, and the ambition level scale. The study results showed positive significant statistical relation between the three dimensions of the metamemory and the ambition level, also the study results showed significant statistical differences in the strategy dimension of the metamemory attributed to gender, where female better than male, while there were no significant statistical differences in the two dimensions (memory satisfaction, the ability) have been showed,  and for specialization significant statistical differences in the two dimensions (memory satisfaction, and strategy) have been showed, in favor of scientific specialization. also, the results showed no significant statistical difference in the ambition level of the university students attributed to the interaction between gender and the specialization, whereas the results showed a significant statistical difference attributed to gender and specialization in favor of the males and scientific specialization.

Distance education managing reality in light of corona pandemic from the primary school students parents point of view in the kingdom of Bahrain

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the reality of distance education management by primary school leaders in the kingdom of Bahrain from the point of view of students’ parents. The idea came from the area of understanding parents roll in achieving the goals of education and how it is prominent and influential, and this role is based on the partnership between parents and the school, in addition to the fact that recent years related to health global changes in learning to the fast track-conditions required pushing.

And to achieve this goal, the researchers prepared a questionnaire addressed to parents of primary school students, to measure their views on the management of on-line education by its leaders in schools. It was confirmed that the required statistical standards are available by proving that the tool is characterized by an acceptable degree of validity and reliability by appropriate a statistical method. The questionnaire sample of 514 parents who were randomly selected from the original community consisting of all parents of primary school students in the four governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which are the northern, southern, Muharraq, capital. The researchers used the descriptive approach in this research, which is the adopted method to study the phenomenon of the study, to put it in its correct framework, to explain all the circumstances surrounding it, and to reach the study results the research. The results of the research concluded that the reality of distance education management exists in a (high) degree among the primary school leaders in the Kingdom of Bahrain from the point of view of the parents as the relative importance reached 80.38%, and the average was 2.411.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between classroom interaction and the level of academic achievement among a sample of secondary education students in Algeria the sample for this study consisted of 286 male and female students selected by a simple random method., according to the variables of gender and age.  The year in the classroom, and from it achieving positive results, when the role of the teacher does not depend on imparting various knowledge and giving good information in the specialization to his students and students, asking them to absorb and memorize it, but rather goes beyond that to identify their individual needs, tendencies and educational abilities.

Optimism and pessimism relationship with positive self among primary school teachers

Abstract

In the present paper, we aimed to identify the relationship between optimism, pessimism, and positive self and consider their variables to detect gender differences among elementary school teachers. We as well sought a likely positive or negative correlation between the precedent variables.

a sample of 236 teachers from primary schools in Sidi Bel Abbes. The results revealed the existence of a negative correlation between optimism and pessimism and the same between pessimism and positive self. Conversely, it showed a positive relationship between optimism and positive self and that males and females are equal in terms of optimism, pessimism, and positive self-degrees.

Abstract

The current study aims to reveal the most important factors conducive to achieving well-being in the school, with some suggestions that would increase the level of well-being within various academic circles.

  After conducting a theoretical and analytical study, it was concluded that the most important factors behind achieving the highest levels of well-being in school are: the well-being of the child in the pre-school age, school reform, psychological well-being, the role of the school in preventive and security awareness of delinquency and delinquency, and confronting the causes of school dropout and activating the student's subjective well-being.

Psychological resilience: A Positive Strategy to Counter Traumatic life events

Abstract

The resilience is a positively compatible personality trait. The concept of resilience  was used to refer to confrontations or overcome stress and shocks. Given mental health overlaps, skin is more than a characteristic of an individual's personality, an overlapping and interactive process within the individual in life experience. In addition, the individual's ability to overcome difficult and stressful circumstances is due to resilience, resistance to demolition, building a rich life, and acceptable social integration despite difficult circumstances in a bad environment. Therefore, as part of a psychological approach, we have tried to clarify the psychology of the resilience as a strategy and even as a positive personality feature to cope with trauma and stressful events, with profile identification of skin and the protective and risk factors that make up this personality.

Constructing Tests in School and analyzing the results

Abstract

School tests are one of the main components of the learning process and are one of the main tasks of the teacher because of their importance in determining the amount of educational competence programmed and the educational objectives desired. The use of examinations in the evaluation process must be a positive weapon that enables the identification of strengths and weaknesses, and this is only if it depends on the construction of tests on criteria, including identifying the goals identified and one of the most important aspects of formulating the objectives of the achievement test is to determine how to interpret the grades resulting from this test, i.e. determining how to judge the test scores, then building the specification table, followed by the process of analyzing the results of these tests, which are not less The importance of the step of building tests where this analysis helps us to see the validity of the test and the extent to which it matches the goals, the good evaluation of tests and the search for appropriate methods of evaluation questions are the most important reasons for the advancement of the educational process learning.

Abstract

The current study aimed to apply the Harrower-Erickson experiment in the field, by converting Rorschach from a qualitative projective test to a quantitative objective test, and verifying the validity and reliability of the Harrower-Erickson suggestions for the ten cards of Rorschach. Individuals aged 23 to 65 years old, all-in hospital condition, were distributed through the various hospital services in the Wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbes. The study raised many problems, and to answer them, the researchers made sure of the psychometric efficiency of the test, and the results of the study showed that the suggestions made by the Harrower-Erickson for the Ten Cards of Rorschach have honesty and stability acceptable to the local environment. It can be benefited from and used by researchers in The field of psychometrics and by psychologists during their clinical practice, whether they are beginners or experienced in the area.

IMPACT OF MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION ON TEACHER’S ATTITUDE TOWARDS TEACHING AMONG PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN KATSINA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, NIGERIA

Abstract

This study investigated the impact of motivation and job satisfaction on attitude towards teaching among primary school teachers in Katsina Local Government Area, Katsina State. Five research objectives were formulated to guide the study. Descriptive survey research design was employed. The population in this study consists of 1,696 primary school teachers. A sample of 306 teachers was selected using simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using self-constructed questionnaires. The values of reliability co-efficient of 0.78, 0.75 and 0.77 were obtained for Motivation, Job satisfaction and Attitude respectively. The null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance using PPMC and t-test for independent sample. Findings of the study revealed that there were significant relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and attitude of teachers towards teaching among primary school teachers and there was significant gender difference in job satisfaction between male and female teachers. Based on the findings, the researcher recommended that teachers should be sensitized by organizing workshops from time to time to motivate them intrinsically and improve their positive attitudes towards teaching in the school. The research also recommended that, the ability to provide proper condition of services will effectively help both male and female teachers to perform effectively in school and goals needed in various conditions. Similarly, it was recommended that Teacher’s salary should be taken care of so that teachers develop a positive attitude toward work.
