CHOUAKRI Sid Ahmed was born in 1969. He received the Dipl.El.-Ing. Degree, in 1992, from INELEC (National Institute of Electrical Engineering) of Boumerdès ALGERIA, the Magister and the State Doctorate (Doctorat d’état)degrees, in, respectively, 1997 and 2008 from Tlemcen University. Since 1997, he is in the Department of Electronics at the University of Sidi Bel Abbes and perfoms his research at the Telecommunications and Digital Signal Processing Laboratory. His Research interests include telemedecine,digital signal processing, source and channel coding for telecommunications,  wireless networks, RFID systems and cognitive radio.
