“The pillars of the administration of Prince Abdelkader in light of the documents of the French archives.”

Abstract:

The document that we have under the title: "A brief overview of the administration of Prince Abd El Kader", which we publish today, can be noted as follows:

   The owner notes that he submitted this document to the general «lamoricière» for the province of Oran as a model to follow the administration of the prince to be defined as - he said - for the provinces of the east, but we did not find the latter hope that another researcher can find. The author of the document praised the prince's ability to control his territory and manage his administration, saying: "This simple administrative process is presented today as a model for the organization of the people who managed it. However, acting otherwise is disturbing, He said, "Since the advent of Prince Abdul Qadir in power, there has been no division of the region in any error. Of the mistakes of the Turkish government Did not know the consolidation of any fixed base in the Department.

الوثيقة التي بين أيدينا تحت عنوان: «لمحة مختصرة حول إدارة الأمير عبد القادر " والتي نقوم بنشرها اليوم يمكن أن نسجل حولها الملاحظات التالية:

   يشير صاحبها أنه قدم مثل هذه الوثيقة إلى الجنرال « lamoricière » بالنسبة لمقاطعة وهران كنموذج للاقتداء بإدارة الأمير على أن يقوم كذلك بتعريفها –كما قال- بالنسبة لمقاطعات الشرق غير أننا لم نعثر على هذه الأخيرة نرجو ان يتمكن باحث آخر من العثور عليها. لقد أشاد صاحب الوثيقة بقدرة الأمير على التحكم في إقليميه وتسيير إدارته حيث كتب يقول:"هذه المسيرة الإدارية البسيطة. نقدمها اليوم كنموذج لتنظيم الشعب الذي قام على تسييره.. أما وأن يكون التصرف بخلاف ذلك فإنه يعني إزعاج بل إحداث اضطراب في أوساط القبائل التي اعتادت منذ عشر سنوات على مسيرة إدارية موحدة ومنظمة حيث تتقاسم نفس الحظوظ السارة والأليمة. كما نوّه بطموحات الأمير في التجديد وتجنب تقليد الأتراك فيما وقعوا فيه من أخطاء إدارية حيث كتب يقول: «منذ ظهور الأمير عبد القادر في السلطة لم يقع بالنسبة لتقسيم الإقليم في أي خطأ من أخطاء الحكومة التركية التي لم تعرف توطيد أية قاعدة ثابتة في الإدارة.
