Abstract:

   Abst The social segment of the group Koulouglis was formed as a result of the marriage of members of the Yeniçeri (Les janissaires) army with of Algeria. They first appeared in the cities of Tlemcen, Mascara, Mostaganem, Mazouna, Méléana, Kolea, Biskra, Constantine and Annaba.

     The history of the boiling element Koulouglis independent, distinct and independent category in which the Ottomans compete in privileges until 1596. "Shaw" explained the reasons for separating the occupants from sensitive positions and depriving them of enjoying the same privileges that the Ottomans would have benefited from the possibility of associating the captive soldiers by means of marriage with the Algerian families, thus increasing their number and posing a danger to the state.

الكراغلة و دورهم السياسي في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني

الملخص:

    تكونت الشريحة الاجتماعية  لفئة الكراغلة نتيجة زواج أفراد الجيش الإنكشاري بنساء الجزائر، وظهرت لأول مرة في مدن تلمسان ،معسكر ،مستغانم̨ ،  مازونة، مليانة المدية، القليعة، بسكرة، قسنطينة وعنابة. يعود تاريخ العنصر الكر غلي كفئة مستقلة ومتميزة ومستقلة̨  تنافس الأتراك العثمانيين في الامتيازات إلى سنة  1596. ذكر"شاو" أسباب فصل الكراغلة عن المناصب الحساسة وحرمانهم  من التمتع بنفس الامتيازات التي كانت يستفيد منها الأتراك العثمانيين̨ إلى إمكانية ارتباط الجنود الكراغلة عن طريق المصاهرة بالعائلات الجزائرية ، مما يزيد من عددهم ويشكلون خطرا على الدولة.
