Abstract:

After independence, Algeria inherited a conscious elite of bright minds, talents and creative talents. It was able to learn in its hand, its knowledge and its course, the generation of free Algeria in the early sixties and seventies. These educated elites were the driving force and the driving force behind the cultural, intellectual and historical renaissance in the field of education, training and rehabilitation among Algerian students. From here began to sail Algerian school of national and civil dimensions.

     There is no doubt that Abu Kacem Saadallah because of his scientific home and creative energies, tops the forefront of the historical school as the Sheikh of historians, and thanks to the rise of this top rank to several considerations and implications, the most important fertility of the idea and the Academy of his work and the integrity of his positions and nobility of creation and Great humility and purity of patriotism. The man's magicians had the true qualifications of his intellectual, historical and literary personality, capable of leading the awakening of thought and the renaissance of the times, to establish Abu-Kasem on the day of his accession to his highest companion, the first building blocks of the historic school in independent Algeria.

ورثت الجزائر بعد الاستقلال نخب واعية من العقول النيرة الخفاقة و من  المواهب و الكفاءات الخلاقة ، استطاع أن يتتلمذ على يدها  و علمها و سيرتها جيل الجزائر الحرة  مطلع  الستينيات و السبعينيات . فكانت  تلك  النخب المثقفة وقتها القاطرة المسيرة  و القوة  المحركة  للنهضة  الثقافية  و الفكرية  و التاريخية  في  مجال  التعليم  و التكوين  و التأهيل لدى الطلاب  الجزائريين . من هنا  بدأت  ملاح  المدرسة  الجزائرية ذات البعدين  الوطني  و الحضاري . وممّا لاشك فيه ، أن أبي القاسم  سعد نظرا لمنزلته  العلمية و طاقاته الإبداعية ،  يتصدّر طليعة  المدرسة التاريخية باعتباره شيخ المؤرخين ، و يرجع الفضل في  تبوّئه هذه  المرتبة العليا إلى عدّة  اعتبارات  و دلالات ، أهمّها خصوبة فكره  و أكاديمية أعماله و نزاهة مواقفه و نبل خلقه و عظيم تواضعه  و طهارة وطنيته . فشمائل الرجل ، كانت له المؤهّلات الحقيقية لشخصيته الفكرية و التاريخية و الأدبية  القادرة على قيادة يقظة الفكر و نهضة العصر ليؤسّس أبو القاسم غداة  الاستقلال  إلى  يوم التحاقه  برفيقه  الأعلى ، اللبنات  الأولى للمدرسة التاريخية  في الجزائر المستقلة .
