Résumés
Abstract:
The dissemination of the French language among the Algerians is the most important means to achieve this goal, since language is the main container carrying all the cultural production produced in this language of religion, science, philosophy, laws, customs, history, customs and values.
Consequently, the colonial administration in Algeria, when it sought to spread the French language among the Algerians, was well aware that the people who lose their native language to acquire the language of others acquire at the same time the culture, style and life of the colonialist who speaks that language. Publications, books and newspapers issued by the colonizer, and finally find this people themselves captive to a new civilization imposed upon them interact with and sympathize with the colonizer in its issues and problems.

الملخص:
تعد عملية نشر اللغة الفرنسية في أوساط الجزائريين أبرز وسيلة يمكن لها تحقيق هذا الهدف باعتبار أن اللغة هي الوعاء الأساسي الحامل لكل الإنتاج الحضاري المنتج بهذه اللغة من دين وعلم وفلسفة وقوانين وأعراف وتاريخ وعادات وقيم. وانطلاقا من هنا فإن الإدارة الاستعمارية في الجزائرية عند سعيها لنشر اللغة الفرنسية في أوساط الجزائريين، كانت تدرك تمام الإدراك أن الشعب الذي يفقد لغته الأصلية ليكتسب لغة الغير، إنّما يكتسب في الوقت نفسه ثقافة وأسلوب وحياة المستعمر الناطق بتلك اللغة، إذ ينحصر اهتمامه بنهل المعرفة من المنشورات والكتب والصحف التي يصدرها المستعمر، وفي الأخير يجد هذا الشعب نفسه أسيرا لحضارة جديدة مفروضة عليه يتفاعل معها ويتعاطف مع المستعمر في قضاياه ومشكلاته.
