Short Biography
Benbakreti Samiris currently an assistant professor (“maître assistantclasse A”) in the national Institute of telecommunication and information and communication technology of Oran, in Algeria, where he has been teaching since 2014.
He received the Dipl.Ing.and Magister degrees telecommunication in the University of DjillaliLiabes, SidiBel Abbes,Algeria and the national Institute of telecommunication and information and communication technology of Oran, in 2008 and 2012, respectively.
As a part of the “Communication Networks, Architecture, andMultimedia” Laboratory
- His principal research interests are in the fields of digital signal and, pattern recognition.

Short Biography
Azaiz Ahmed is currently an associate professor (“Maître de conferences classe A”) in the Department of Electronics, Electrical Engineering Faculty, Djillali Liabes University, Sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria, where he has been teaching since 1994.
He received the Dipl.Ing. degree from National Institute of Electricity and Electronics (INELEC) Boumerdes in Electrical Engineering Computer Speciality and the Magister degree in Electronics from Djillali Liabes University, SidiBel Abbes, Algeria, in 1988 and 1992, respectively.
Then he obtained the Ph.D. degree in Robust Control from the University of Djillali Liabes in 2007.
As a part of the “Communication Networks, Architecture, andMultimedia” Laboratory
- He is now supervising 1PhD students:
- Etude et Commande d’un Système photovoltaïque pour véhicule électrique
- His principal research interests are in the field Robust Control and Signal Processing and Microprocessors systems
- He participates in the national project (2016-2019) on the implementation of a Remote Control Crane.

Olfactometrie: Applications médicale, Agroalimentaire et Environnementale

A ce jour, les applications biomédicales en Microbiologie médicale restent encore classiques étant donné le besoin constant de connaître les paramètres biologiques dans les techniques de soins. La chimie électronique apporte une réponse pour moderniser la bactériologie médicale qui réside à détecter la signature de chaque bactérie par son activité métabolique. Ceci nous permet d’analyser un échantillon de prélèvement dans un milieu biologique complexe, sans avoir recours aux réactifs chimiques.
L’odorat humain et les nez électroniques ne sont pas capables de classifier ou reconnaître une odeur qui n’a pas été préalablement enregistrée dans leur base de données. Ce manque d’adaptabilité à de nouvelles conditions est typique de la plupart des systèmes informatiques et dles recherches qui visent à rendre les machines intelligentes.
Actuellement nous sommes entrain de mettre au point un dispositif qui identifie les métabolites des bactéries incriminés dans certaines infections ou pathologies.
L'enregistrement préalable de ces métabolites des échantillons des patients et patientes symptomatiques ou asymptomatiques dans des bases de données nous permettent actuellement d’élaborer une base de données d’apprentissage afin de prédire les futures perceptions du nez et garantir une certaine qualité des résultats.
Actuellement le dispositif de mesure nécessite une mise au point de l’ensemble, y compris l’adaptation des programmes de commande et d’acquisition de mesures électroniques.

Short Biography
Miloud Chikr El-Mezouar is currently an associate professor (“maître de conferences classe A”) in the Department of Electronic, Electrical Engineering Faculty, Djillali Liabes University of Sidi Bel Abbes, in Algeria, where he has been teaching since 2003.
He received the Dipl.Ing. and Magister degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Djillali Liabes, Sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria, in 1996 and 1999, respectively.
Then he obtained the Ph.D. degree in signal and image processing, under joint supervision, from the University of Djillali Liabes and from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA), Rennes, France in 2012.
In December 2014, Miloud Chikr El-Mezouar has gotten the university habilitation to direct research in signal and image processing domain, from Djillali Liabes University of sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria
As a part of the “Communication Networks, Architecture, and Multimedia” Laboratory
- He is now supervising 3 PhD students.
- His principal research interests are in the fields of digital signal and image processing, image analysis, medical and satellite image applications, pattern recognition, electrical and computer engineering and artificial olfaction systems.
- He participates in the national project (2016-2019) on the implementation of electronic noses for medical diagnosis.
