    • Associate professor in the Department of Electronic, Technology Faculty, Hassiba
      Benbouali University of Chlef, in Algeria, where he has been teaching from 2004 to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Received the Dipl.Ing. and Magister degrees in electrical engineering from the
        University of Djillali Liabes, Sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria, in 1999 and 2003, respectively.
        – <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Obtained the Ph.D. degree in Signal and Telecommunications, from the University of
        Djillali Liabes in 2013.
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Received the university habilitation to direct research in Electronic domain, from
        Djillali Liabes University of sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria, 2022.
        <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Member of \u201cCommunication Networks, Architecture, and Multimedia\u201d Laboratory.
        His principal research interests are in the fields Signal and image processing and
        Speech, image, and video coding.
