PhD Re-Registration 2025-2026

The Vice-Dean in charge of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research informs PhD students that the re-registration process for the 2025/2026 academic year has begun.

Students are required to complete the online registration and then submit the hard-copy file.

📄 Required documents:

  • Re-registration form signed by the thesis supervisor (downloadable from the platform).
  • Progress report (état d’avancement) validated by the supervisor.
  • Proof of payment of registration fees.
  • Copy of the previous year’s registration certificate.

📍 Submission place: Postgraduate Office at the faculty.

🔔 Important notes:

  • Students must contact and coordinate with their supervisors regarding the progress of their thesis before completing the re-registration.
  • All registered PhD students are concerned by this process, including those who are behind schedule.
  • 4th- and 5th-year LMD PhD students are required to submit extension requests to the Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies for review by the Faculty Scientific Council.
  • Any student who fails to re-register via the PROGRES platform within the set deadline will be considered unregistered.

📆 Re-registration deadline: October 31, 2025.

On Monday, October 13th, 2025, the election process for the renewal of the scientific bodies (departmental scientific committees and the scientific council) of the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences officially began.

Proclamation of Admission Results to the 3rd Year of the Bachelor’s Degree for Holders of a DEUA (20% Quota)
Academic Year 2025-2026

Holders of a Diplôme d’Études Universitaires Appliquées (DEUA) who submitted an application file for admission to the 3rd year of the Bachelor’s Degree (20% quota) are hereby informed that the selection committee has finalized the list of admitted candidates.

Candidates admitted on the main list are invited to approach the Secretariat of the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences to complete their final registration file from 30/09/2025 to 02/10/2025.

📑 Final registration file to be provided:

  • Original Baccalaureate transcript.
  • Original DEUA diploma.
  • Original transcripts of the entire university curriculum.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Two (02) recent passport-size photos.
  • Employer’s authorization for working candidates.

⚠️ Important Note:
Any incomplete file or submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Admission will only be considered final after verification of the administrative file.
