In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of Executive Decree No. 03-279 dated 24 Joumada Ethania 1424 corresponding to August 03, 2003<\/strong>, which defines the missions of the university and the specific rules governing its organization and operation,
and due to the lack of the required quorum of elected faculty representatives to the Faculty Scientific Council<\/strong>, we hereby inform you that a second electoral process<\/strong> has been scheduled as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
