and Scientific Research informs PhD students that the <strong>re-registration process for the 2025\/2026 academic year<\/strong> has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f6acb91c0184026fcb10bc6c9cbff435\">\ud83d\udd39 Registration must be completed <strong>exclusively through the digital platform PROGRES<\/strong> at the following link:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/progres.mesrs.dz\/webfve\">https:\/\/progres.mesrs.dz\/webfve<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Students are required to <strong>complete the online registration<\/strong> and then <strong>submit the hard-copy file<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\ud83d\udcc4 <strong>Required documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Re-registration form signed by the thesis supervisor (downloadable from the platform).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Progress report (\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement) validated by the supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of payment of registration fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the previous year\u2019s registration certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\ud83d\udccd <strong>Submission place:<\/strong> Postgraduate Office at the faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\ud83d\udd14 <strong>Important notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students must <strong>contact and coordinate with their supervisors<\/strong> regarding the progress of their thesis before completing the re-registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All registered PhD students<\/strong> are concerned by this process, including those who are behind schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>4th- and 5th-year LMD PhD students<\/strong> are required to submit <strong>extension requests<\/strong> to the Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies for review by the Faculty Scientific Council.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any student who fails to re-register via the PROGRES platform <strong>within the set deadline will be considered unregistered<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left
