The Vice Dean for Studies and Student Affairs is responsible for the following tasks:

• Managing and monitoring undergraduate student registrations.
• Monitoring teaching activities and taking or proposing any measures to improve them.
• Keeping the nominal and statistical lists of students.
• Collecting, processing, and disseminating pedagogical information for the benefit of students.

He is assisted in his duties by:

• The Teaching Department.
• The Education and Assessment Department.
• The Statistics, Information, and Guidance Department.
