The Vice-Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research hereby notifies all registered Ph.D. candidates that the re-enrolment process for the 2026–2027 academic year is now open. Registration must be completed exclusively online via the PROGRES digital portal: https://progres.mesrs.dz/webfve
Candidates are required to finalize their digital registration prior to submitting the hard-copy dossier to the department.
REQUIRED DOSSIER:
* Re-enrolment form, duly signed by the dissertation advisor (downloadable via the portal)
* Copy of National Identity Card (CNI).
* Registration fee receipt (printed from the PROGRES portal).
* Copy of the previous year’s enrolment certificate. Affidavit of compliance,
* legalized by local municipal authorities (APC).
* Dissertation title registration form.
SUBMISSION LOCATION:
Office of Postgraduate Studies, Faculty Secretariat.
KEY DIRECTIVES:
Candidates must consult and coordinate with their dissertation advisors to assess research progress prior to submitting their final application online. Fourth- and fifth-year Ph.D. (LMD) candidates must formally submit a request for an extension to the Vice-Deanship of Postgraduate Studies for evaluation by the Faculty Scientific Board. Failure to complete the online re-enrolment process via PROGRES within the stipulated period will result in administrative default.
