PhD Re-Registration 2025-2026
The Vice-Dean in charge of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research informs PhD students that the re-registration process for the 2025/2026 academic year has begun.
🔹 Registration must be completed exclusively through the digital platform PROGRES at the following link:
https://progres.mesrs.dz/webfve
Students are required to complete the online registration and then submit the hard-copy file.
📄 Required documents:
- Re-registration form signed by the thesis supervisor (downloadable from the platform).
- Progress report (état d’avancement) validated by the supervisor.
- Proof of payment of registration fees.
- Copy of the previous year’s registration certificate.
📍 Submission place: Postgraduate Office at the faculty.
🔔 Important notes:
- Students must contact and coordinate with their supervisors regarding the progress of their thesis before completing the re-registration.
- All registered PhD students are concerned by this process, including those who are behind schedule.
- 4th- and 5th-year LMD PhD students are required to submit extension requests to the Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies for review by the Faculty Scientific Council.
- Any student who fails to re-register via the PROGRES platform within the set deadline will be considered unregistered.
