First-year registration: 3rd cycle doctorate
File to provide:
1- A copy of your baccalaureate diploma and transcript of grades.
2- A copy of your graduation certificate.
3- A certified copy of your master’s degree.
4- A copy of your National Identity Card (biometric copy preferred).
5- Two (02) ID- photos.
6- Registration fee receipts (200 DA) (payment is made online via the PROGRES platform).
7- 3rd cycle doctoral registration form 
8- Legalized declaration of honor form at the APC
9- Thesis subject submission form for 3rd cycle doctorate
10-Declaration form on honor relating to the commitment to respect the rules of scientific authenticity in the development of research work, legalized at the APC.
* Forms (7), (8) and (9) must be duly completed by computer and printed.
The administration must attach the following documents:
1-An extract from the minutes of the scientific council confirming the results of the competition.
2- An extract from the minutes of the scientific council concerning the validation and allocation of thesis subjects to doctoral students in order of merit.
Re-registration: Doctorate in Science/Postgraduate Doctorate
1- Registration fee receipts (200 DA)
2- Legalized declaration form on honor at the APC*

Doctorate (old system): re-registration must be validated by the CSD (departmental scientific committee) then by the CSF (faculty scientific council) or an exemption from registration in the 6th year validated by the same authorities.
Third cycle doctorate (LMD): The re-registration must be validated by the CFD, then by the CSD and finally by the CSF.
