Registration for First Year PhD – Third Cycle

Registration File:

1- Copy of the Baccalaureate certificate and transcript.

2- Copy of the undergraduate degree certificate.

3- Certified copy of the Master’s degree certificate.

4- Copy of the national identity card (preferably biometric).

5- Two (02) passport photos.

6- Registration fee receipt (200 DZD) (electronic payment via the PROGRES platform).

7- PhD Third Cycle registration form.

8- Sworn declaration legalized by the municipal authorities.

9- Thesis title submission form.

10- Sworn declaration related to scientific integrity for conducting research, legalized by the municipal authorities.

• Forms (7), (8), and (9) must be completed on a computer and printed.

Administrative Documents Attached to the File:

1- Extract from the Scientific Council minutes approving the competition results.

2- Extract from the Scientific Council minutes specifying the PhD thesis titles according to ranking order.
