Scientific Visit to the Water Treatment Plant of Sidi Bel Abbès

The Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences organized, on April 20, 2026, an educational field visit for first-year Master’s students in Plant Ecology and Environment to the water treatment plant of Sidi Bel Abbès.

The visit aimed to provide students with field-based insight into the different stages of water treatment and its role in environmental protection and ecosystem preservation, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Kerfouf Ahmed and Dr. Mehtougui Mohamed Samir.

The faculty extends its sincere thanks to the station staff for their warm welcome and valuable explanations that enriched the students’ academic and practical knowledge.
