Announcement of the opening of applications for the short-term overseas mobility programme for the 2026 financial year, in accordance with Decision No. 345 of 9 March 2026, which sets out the selection criteria for admission to the short-term overseas mobility programme, via the dedicated platform: Platform for applications to the 2026 short-term study abroad programme | Digital platform of DJILALI LIABES University, Sidi Bel Abbès The platform is open from 19 March 2026 to 3 April 2026. Each category of staff may apply either to the standard mobility programme or to the special programme designed to improve English language skills. Applicants must choose only one programme when applying.
