Managing the professional lives of employees affiliated with the directorate and common interests who are appointed by the University Rector.
Developing and implementing plans for the training, development, and restructuring of the university’s administrative and technical staff and university departments.
Ensuring the management of university staff and their consistent distribution among colleges,
Coordinating the development and implementation of human resources management plans at the university.
The departments affiliated with this directorate:
- Section of employees and professors.
- Section of administrative and technical employees and department agents.
- Training and improvement section.
