The Center for Networks, Media and Communication Systems, Television Education and Distance Education is responsible for the following :
- Exploiting, managing and administering network structures
- Exploiting automated media applications to manage and develop pedagogy
- Follow up and implement televised and distance education projects
- Technical support for designing and producing lessons via automated media
- Training and framing those involved in distance education
Center Sections
The center is made up of three branches :
The tasks of this branch are generally focused on the installation and management of the university's internal network servers, as well as the design and development of automated multimedia applications for educational management. The agency guarantees the following services: - Development and continuous updating of the university's electronic portal Providing the university's electronic messaging service for the benefit of professors and administrative services - Development and monitoring of management software and pedagogy - Monitoring and periodic maintenance of the center's various servers
Televised and distance learning: Its tasks are: -Technical support in various educational supervision processes -Improve and develop the quality of training in line with quality assurance requirements in the higher education and scientific research sector
Connect educational structures together via the intranet to allow the university family to benefit from an integrated information system Operate, manage and organize the network infrastructure, ensure the security of information systems and networks, and develop various security strategies - Ensure the development of the internal wired and wireless network consistent with the current network - Provide technical assistance in case of problems resulting in interruption of the network connection and reset of network resources Provide network infrastructure for various automated multimedia applications, whether for management or educational purposes, via the Internet. - Ensure compliance with the charter of good use of the Algerian research network
