Missions:
The unit is responsible for the following tasks:
General supervision of the Quality Management System implementation project;
Approval of the quality policy and quality objectives;
Monitoring the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements;
Provision of necessary resources to ensure the success of the project;
Review of internal audit reports and non-conformities;
Follow-up on corrective and improvement actions;
Preparation for the management review and external audit;
Making the necessary decisions to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of the Quality Management System;
Implementation of legislative and regulatory provisions, institutional procedures, and national as well as international rules and standards relating to quality assurance.
