The secretary-general’s office of the University is responsible for the operations of the administrative and financial structures under his authority and the management and joint structures.
The secretary-general’s office shall undertake the following:
Ensuring the management of the professional path of university employees
Preparing the university’s draft budget and following up on its implementation
Ensuring follow-up funding for laboratory and research unit activities
Ensuring the good conduct of common interests
Establishing and promoting the university’s cultural and sports activities
Ensuring the follow-up and coordination of the university’s internal security plans in coordination with the Ministerial Office of Internal Security
Ensuring the management and preservation of archives and documentation for the university directorate
Ensuring the organization and management of the university office
The secretary-general’s office, to which the General Organization Office and the Internal Security Office are attached, includes the following subdirectories:
1. Sub-Directorate of Users and Training.
2. Sub-Directorate of Finance and Accounting.
3. Sub-Directorate of Means and Maintenance.
4. Sub-Directorate for Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities.
