CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOLARSHIP IN RUSSIA
We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the Russian Government Scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic year.
For clarification, this program is exclusively open to students enrolled in the final year of a Master’s (M2) or Engineering (I5) program and wishing to pursue doctoral studies in Russia.
We kindly request that you nominate a maximum of two (2) valedictorian students for each of the following research disciplines:
· Quantum Information (Mathematics, Computer Science)
· Quantum Physics
· Artificial Intelligence
· Cybersecurity
· Nanotechnology
· Autonomous Systems
· Arts
Due to the deadlines set by the DCEU, applications in digital format must reach us no later than Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
The application package includes:
- Application form (template attached)
- Copy of baccalaureate transcript
- Certificates of enrollment/re-enrollment for all five years of university studies
- Transcripts for the first four years of study (L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4 for Universities and University Centers or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for Higher Education Institutions)
- Certificate of the candidate’s ranking (in relation to their class)
- Certificate of the student’s star rating (template attached).
