Meeting of the steering committee for the ISO 9001:2015 certification project – Djilali Liabès University

The Dr. Gafour Youcef lecture hall at Djilali Liabès University – Sidi Bel Abbès hosted, on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM, a meeting dedicated to the session of the steering committee for the ISO 9001:2015 certification project.

This meeting comes within the framework of the program outlined by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, following the selection of Djilali Liabès University among the model universities nominated to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The meeting was supervised by the University Director, Professor Bouziani Merahi, and witnessed the attendance of the members of the local central committee, in addition to the members of the subcommittees established at the institute and faculty levels.

The meeting was dedicated to:
– The official installation of local subcommittees.
– A lecture on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
– Reviewing the proposed roadmap for obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification.
– Discussing various concerns related to the project.

This meeting reflects the university’s commitment to establishing a quality culture and improving administrative and pedagogical performance, in line with national and international standards.
