The provincial training forum for general practitioners on breast cancer at Djillali Liabes University – Sidi Bel Abbes

Sidi Bel Abbes – A provincial training forum for general practitioners was held this morning, Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the central library of the late Dr. Abouni Bouzian, at the university campus of Djillali Liabes University, under the theme “From Early Detection to Treatment.”

This forum, which is part of the global “Pink October” campaign to raise awareness of breast cancer, was organized under the supervision of the Directorate of Health and Population of Sidi Bel Abbes Province, and in coordination with the “Hope for Life” Association and Djillali Liabes University.

Opening Session with Distinguished Attendance
The opening ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of attendees, including:
· Professor Bouziani Merahi, Director of Djilali Liabes University.
· Mr. Kina Radwan, Director of Health and Population for the State.
· Professor Yaqrou Djemila.
· Mr. Fakira Baroudi, President of the “Hope for Life” Association.
· A group of general practitioners and interested individuals.
