A coordination meeting was held on Monday, January 13, 2026, in the meeting room at the University Directorate headquarters, overseen by the University Director, Professor Bouziani Merahi, and attended by the University Secretary General, Mr. Mirad Sofiane, along with deputy directors, university vice-directors, faculty deans, and faculty secretaries general.

This meeting was dedicated to presenting the new digital platform for managing and monitoring expenditures under Title II of the university budget (operational expenses of services).

The mechanisms for its use, data entry stages, and methods for tracking and executing financial operations were discussed, in line with the goals of modernizing administrative and financial management and enhancing transparency and efficiency in resource management.

The meeting also opened a discussion and exchange of views on a range of diverse issues related to administrative and financial operations at the university and faculty levels, while emphasizing the need for continuous coordination among different structures to ensure the proper implementation of planned programs and compliance with legal deadlines.

In conclusion, the University Director stressed the importance of active engagement in adopting digital solutions and working in a spirit of responsibility and cooperation to improve institutional performance and elevate the quality of management, serving the interests of the university and the academic community as a whole.
