1. Activating the university’s role in encouraging and developing creative and innovative capabilities.
2. Encouraging the embodiment of the results of scientific research and creative work at the university on the ground.
3. Creating an environment that supports innovation and technological development.
4. Providing accompaniment and support services to project owners and spreading the culture of trademark registration and protection, in addition to access to scientific and technical resources.
5. Supporting activities related to technology transfer and training.
6. Participate in evaluating the results of scientific research and innovations in coordination between the university and various institutions and bodies.
1. Access to electronic sources of patents and non-patents (scientific and technical) and publications.
2. Helping to search for and retrieve technological information.
3. Training on searching databases..
4. Searches based on request.
5. Monitor technology and competitors.
6. Providing basic information about intellectual and industrial property laws, management, strategies, technology exploitation and marketing.
7. Fulfilling the requirements for applying for patents.
8. Providing information on how to file files (patents, trademarks, industrial designs and models, etc.) and assisting in writing applications for filing and registering patents nationally and internationally.
9. Accompany and support researchers to develop their ideas to obtain patents.
10. Providing the necessary training in the field of intellectual and industrial property and patents.
11. Cooperation and exchange of experiences with all institutions and bodies related to the center’s tasks.
