Announcement regarding the application for short-term mobility abroad for the year 2026

Steps to follow to register for the short-term mobility form abroad – Year 2026

1. Create a user account by entering an email address (personal or professional) and a username.
2. Check your email inbox and open the confirmation message sent by the system.
3. Click on the verification link in the message.
4. Click on “Login” then set and confirm your password.
5. After choosing the password, you can log in via the following link:
   https://form.univ-sba.dz/user
   using: username and password.
6. Go back to the main site page and click the link to access the form.
7. Start filling out the registration form (using the institutional email is mandatory).
8. Refresh the page to display your submission; you can edit the information at any time before the deadline on 05/01/2026 at 23:59:59.
9. Before leaving the platform, please log out.

Category of professors and hospital-university professors, lecturers of section “A” and “B”, and hospital-university lecturers of section “A” and “B”.

Category of assistant professors and hospital-university assistant professors, unpaid PhD students, and resident doctors in medical sciences.

Category of administrative and technical staff.
