The local steering committee for the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system met on March 4, 2026, at the Directorate of Djillali Liabès University (Sidi Bel Abbès), chaired by Professor Bouziani Merahi. The meeting focused on identifying the needs and expectations of interested parties (students, professors, administrative staff). Draft questionnaires were presented to assess their expectations and will be submitted to the steering committee for approval. The goal is to ensure an effective and participatory quality system, thereby strengthening the university’s quality approach.
